Primary responsibilities and accountabilities for the EMEA region ONLY:

• Manage regular communications on trusted value with key communities and stakeholders (Digital Brand categories, Consumer Service (CS) and Company Store) for continuous feedback. This is a total of a thousand internal contacts.
• Work closely with Global Platform Manager and Global System Admin to ensure timely response to and open communication with internal customers (Digital Brand, CS, Company Store)
• Administer SCM tools accounts: set-up and changes (for users and groups)
• Administer SCM tools user roles, permissions and access
• Assist in the configuration of tools to meet business needs (e.g. profile properties, tags, macros)
• Roll out standardized reports and dashboards and revise, augment and update all reports/dashboards
• Be the focal point for local system and process enhancement requests – translate these requests into specification-ready enhancement requirements definitions
• Communicate and clarify enhancement requirements with vendors as required
• Communicate delivery schedule to internal business partners and gather feedback
• Manage and coordinate regional coaching and training rollouts including localization of coaching paths, plans and materials
• Assist in the implementation of new features; working with internal teams to optimize the system against their business goals

What do you bring to the table?

• Social Media (Tech) orientated
• Track record on trouble shooting and (team) consulting
• A Bachelors Degree (or PhD or Law, Master or Associates degree + extra working experience)
• 1+ year directly relevant work experienced in social platform management
• Interpersonal skills
• Project & Relation Management skills
• Fluent in English
• Experienced in Sprinklr, Radian 6, Adobe Social and/ or Spredfast
• Flexibility to travel abroad on short notice
• A thing for a high-end and challenging working environment
