Nicole is Spargle’s founder and managing partner. She is a born connector of people and insights. Her network in the areas of marketing, sales, innovation and Internet business is extensive. Her strength is her sheer enthusiasm and passion, which allows her to easily connect professionals to guarantee quality and innovation. Smart working is always at the centre of Nicole’s approach.

As Business Partner Guido helps our clients, start-ups and new digital, internet and e-commerce initiatives. Guido is also expanding our business with new clients. Spargle provides consultancy, coaching and freelance (teams) to start-ups as KNAB and NLziet.

Piet Hein is Spargle’s Business Developer. In this function, he assists clients in reaching their ambition to grow, change or innovate. His point of departure is a clear overview of people, strategy and surroundings. The end-goal is a respectful partnership that creates value for everyone involved, to be reached with thoughtfulness and an out-of-the-box approach.

Gert-Jan is a true all-round professional. Making sure everything runs smoothly at the back end but will also, through his passion for people management, be involved in client- and candidate communication. Gert-Jan can built on many years working internationally in a varied field of (company) cultures and cross cultural communication.

Eline is both Community Manager and Project Coordinator at Spargle. At Spargle you are always more than one thing and will be taking care of various projects.  Organizing, planning, marketing and communication. She is drawn by her curiosity for people through her flexible, caring and hands-on personality.

Leonore started as a trainee at Spargle LAB, and joined Spargle again in January 2015 after she came back from traveling. Responsible for all office activities. And is taking care for the further development of Spargle LAB.

Patricia, our associate, is (job)coach, changer, and transition manager. As a true ‘Spargler’ herself, she loves to transfer the Spargle to others. She does that through one-to-one coaching, team sessions, as well as coaching on the job and training. With many years of experience in the business, as a manager and freelancer, she knows how to build teams, develop them, and how to challenge executives to get the best out of their people and organizations. She teaches on effective communication and leadership, and introduces you to your own Spargle, to get you to the next level. She will accompany Spargle’s 2.0 customers to get to 3.0.

Sylvia is responsible for Spargle’s finances. She is our accountant and administrator. After finishing her master of Business Administration, she has gained experience in different administrational jobs, and is now passionately doing Spargle’s administration.

Anne-Marije is our Management Assistant/ Project Manager. Her academic background is a BSc. degree in Tourism & Leisure Management, with minors in People Management and Psychology. With a great deal of enthusiasm she’s responsible for all office activities, contracts, support by recruiting digital professionals for various (online) projects, Spargle Specials, website and social media.

As project coordinator Anouk works on starting up Spargle Traineeship. Doing research on opportunities for Spargle Traineeship gives her a lot of energy. Recently, Anouk graduated in Business Administration, specialization Human Resource Management.

As partner and project director, Joris ensures that an idea leads to a clear and distinctive final result. As experienced project director, he oversees the processes and brings structure and overview to all of those involved. His way of working is based on collaboration and clarity.
