As Marketing Manager UK you will be responsible for the roll-out of the UK Marketing Strategy. In this roll you will work closely with the Commerce Manager. A great chance to put this  brand on the UK map, with the European Market as your example.  You are a true networker,  working your network, like it’s nobody’s business. We are looking for someone with extended knowledge of the UK cosmetics market.

Role and Responsibilities

• Target and budget responsible
• Create and execute strategic and tactic marketing plans in order to realize the set targets regarding revenue and customer acquisition
• Plan and guard marketing budget
• Ensure excellent execution of all marketing plans. Execution of part of the online marketing plans yourself (SEA, affiliates, retargeting)
• Report on performance of all marketing channels
• Coach UK marketing team (1 or 2 direct reports)
• Select and lead 3^rd party agencies involved in marketing processes
• Work together closely with the marketing and web team in the Netherlands
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a complex international set up
• Report into the commerce manager PC EU

Location: London based with direct link to the European Headquarters in the Netherlands.

Required experience and competence

• Experience in B2C e-commerce
• Strong analytical skills: Excel and Google Analytics have no secrets, knowledge on how to create, read and interpret reports.
• Experience with budget responsibility
• In depth experience with online marketing channels (affiliates, SEA, retargeting marketing)
• Knowledge of email marketing, PR, and other channels
• Experience in UK beauty/fashion industry is a pre
• Preferably bilingual (UK English/Dutch), should at least be comfortable with direct Dutch communication style
