Otto B.V. is a home shopping and eCommerce company. The primary goal for this project for the CRM and marketing team was the coordination of all email marketing activities and the acquisition of new (potential) customers. Otto B.V. also wanted an update of the strategy with respect to the email marketing and acquisition activities and a transfer of strategy, plans and proceedings to a new, permanent employee. The duration of the project was 2 months. As a main result there was a clear advice released over the direction of acquisition and email marketing on the basis of an analysis of the results and developments in the market. The email marketing and acquisition activities are also continued en structurally transferred to a new, permanent employee.
